[MLB] With the season just a month away...
Who is your team and how do you think they'll do in their division/league?

The Yankees. Same team I've watched since I was a little kid. As for how well I think they'll do, on paper, they are one of the best teams, if not the best in baseball. But games aren't played on paper of course. I still think they'll win the division by a couple/few games over the Red Sox though.

Not that they have much of chance this year but I always root for my San Diego Padres. They have a lot of young potential this year and actually had one of the best second half records last season.

The St. Louis Cardinals are going to win it all.
Actually, realistically, they'll probably lose in the NLCS or in the World Series. But fuck you, I'm biased.

I'm feeling confident with my White Sox this year. With the Twins moving to a real ballpark and losing their closer who dominates us I think we might be able to beat them more than once this year. Baring some injuries in preseason I feel like we will atleast win the division this year, hopefully outright given the awfulness of the AL central.

Ya, losing Nathan could be a big blow to them. They still have a lot of talent though and I wouldn't count them out just yet.

Have rooted for the Cubs since my childhood and each year I just get disappointed. I have been to Cincy to see them several times, great atmosphere because Reds fans suck.

Yeah he's been looking like a stud. Every time I go to a Reds/Cubs game in Cinci, there are always more cubs than reds fans. Kinda sucks but a lot of them are obnoxious assholes that are overly excited when there team does well. I actually had a guy yell right in my face after the cubs hit a home run to take the lead. Therefore I totally despise the Cubs and there fans. Oh noes we haven't won a world series for 100 years. Woe is me!

Unfortunately for Chapman, Cincinnati is where pitchers go to die, for the most part. :/

Having Dusty Baker certainly isn't going to help
Poor mark prior/kerry wood...

I would have loved to see Prior live up to his potential, even though he was on a different team. Sadly, Baker burned him out.
