In light of the greatest game music, I made this thread. So share your favorite movie soundtrack or theme song. You can have more than one of course. Mine would be the gladiator sound track. This being my favorite of which. It's called "The Battle" if you've watched Gladiator as much as i have you should instantly recognize it around 1:40. It's the music that plays during the battle of Carthage scene.
Also pretty much anything else by Zimmer, like The Dark Knight.
Anything by John Williams: Jurassic Park, especially. Jurassic Park would be the best movie ever without it, but with the soundtrack, I think the movie has reached the status of best movie possible.

John Williams FTW. I think my favorite soundtrack by Mr. Williams is Hook. Probably one of the most underrated works of film orchestration (and that mostly because a lot of people didn't like Robin Williams as Peter Pan, or something).
Don't really know the name for this soundtrack, but its the main theme from LOTR.
Another 1 is "Up Is Down", "One Day", "Drink Up Hearties" by Hans Zimmer for Pirates of the Carribean : At World's End. Hans Zimmer is a pretty good soundtrack composer other songs from The Dark Knight and Sherlock Holmes are great too
