Actually, my boss and I had 16 more of those "makeshift tents" aka malaise traps set up in boreal forest of Northern Alberta. :P We collected from them every 2 weeks and sorted the samples the rest of the time. What's interesting is that despite full time sorting for pretty much 4 months, we're not even half way done. Incidently, I've stolen part of the project for myself.. which means I won't be back gaming for a looong time yet. :(

Yeah vegan cheese is pretty awful, so is the soy cream cheese, ice cream, most of the yogurts, need i go on? My family thought I was allergic to milk before we found out I had crohn's, so I sampled quite a few dairy alternatives. I have found I can have processed dairy items but not straight up milk. Dave doesn't mind the soy milk anyways. :)
