Hey all! i have been playing on moms servers for a while now, most of the regulars know me. this is my first thread, and unfortunately, i need some help!

i cant logon to my steam account. i have tried retrieving my account info, but i never get the emails from steam. i have also checked my spam filters, etc. and they are all good, any suggestions??

well my account was hijacked and i had to go to steam and get a seperate support account and talk to them. they fixed it.

then i got vacced

If you bought it online, you can reclaim it quickly. If not, you'll have to submit a pic of the CD Key.

Good luck man! Hopefully it all works out for you. If it was hijacked, there's an extremely good probability that it'll be VAC banned soon. Just keep that in mind.

good luck but be ready to buy tf2 again.. cause you can even get your account back when its been VAC Ban'd

if my account gets vacced, can the admins reverse it on certain servers?

yeah i just read that on steams website, that would really piss me off. i'll be wishing i had a REAL ubersaw.

nope no admin can reverse it... its perma ban on all servers

actually, you can still play on unsecure servers, but any unsecure server will be full of hackers, which is why 95% of all servers are VAC secure.

yes, i got it back, thank you so much for your help! steam even gave me the hackers email address! now i just hope i wasnt vacced. now i just have to wait for the 900 gig update to install, then ...I WILL BE BACK

also.what is a good free antivirus to use? AVG only has tril versions now
