I hate these things so much, one got me WAY good at like 4am when i was really tired and vulnerable and my volume was kinda high :( Ever since then I'm weary about clicking links on forums.

I feel so weird because I LOVE these things. Watching screamers gets me initially startled, but then I laugh so hard.

I used to laugh them off as well but after the one that totally got me when i was in the worst possible state, it was a freaky ass one too lol, i'll see if i can find it. The combination of being REALLY tired, about 5 minutes away from heading to bed and my volume left up pretty high was what got me, plus the noise was NASTY and it kept repeating, I sent it to my friend and told him about it so he didn't get scared and he's like "wow, that noise is horrible" lol

Not to mention the NEXT night I wake up at like 4-5am to go to the bathroom and get a drink of water and my dad was getting ready to go to work and he says "come look at this!" It was a video of the "car commercial" where you can supposedly see a ghostly mist follow the car when it passes under some trees then that dude pops up and scares you. I was all groggy and wasn't even thinking, i should've known better once I read what it supposedly was before i watched it. I threw the chair back when I jumped back and it ran over my dad's foot lol, serves him right.

It's strange though because I LOVE watching horror movies and allow myself to get scared cause i think it's fun, but it's just those that piss me off.

Have you seen that video on youtube of the dad that shows his kid the maze one? The kid is going about his normal business enjoying the game and then that face comes up and the kid FLIPS out and starts smacking the monitor before he runs off lol, it's so cruel but kinda funny =\

The only one that truly scared me was the K-fee auto ad because I actually saw that on TV. It was about 3 in the morning and I was watching Adult Swim and all of a sudden...ya know.

I've become somewhat numb to screamers. They have relatively poor shock value, aren't particularly scary, and just don't do much for me in general. *shrug*
