Doing a quick install than Darth is gonna be my first battle haha, i'll let you know! The weird thing is Graywhale Exchange (a local record store here who also sells video games and movies) even advertised in their weekly e-mail newsletter that they had it for sale a week early. Oh well, all the matters is that I have a copy lol.

I've never played this series before. Are there long chain combos like in Tekken? Or is it just single moves like in Street Fighter?

They have chain combos but not like super long gay ones that piss you off to no extent, it's actually an incredible fighter, way better than tekken (and i'm still a big tekken fan). It just flows so perfect and battles with weapons are way cooler! It's made by Namco who also does Tekken.

Darth Vader moves slow but his attacks are fast, I love using his force powers lol. I'm gonna fight with Ivy now cause she's always been my character of choice. The armor breaking a soul gauge ideas are cool, I have yet to do one of those big soul finishes, i bet they look cool!

It's only 1080i Plasma but on the back of the case it says it only does 720p, regardless it still looks AWESOME. Everything flows really smooth and the characters look fantastic. I love smashing a weapon down on the ground and debris flying into the air and leaving a hole in the ground haha.

On another note you can completely customize your chracter (custom character AND any of the main fighters, my Ivy looks HOT) with outfits, from head/neck/shoulder all the way down to belt/feet and rings and each piece of armor has different stats and you can also add 4 special skills with things like Avoid Ring Out which gives you a chance to avoid a ring out or Invisible, if you do a soul charge your character goes completely invisible for like 10 seconds, it's pretty f*cking awesome.
