I know this has been brought up in the past, but we want this to happen.

What I need now though, is a representative who has organizational skills for getting the group of SF 2forters together.

Format will be 8 v 8, or 6 v 6 ...depending...

We arent 2forters.. but we want to learn it better and this will be a great way of helping us out and also having a good time.

One way to handle the over-abundance of great players in the servers could be to make a soccer-like substitution rule, where the team "coach" can replace players based on the tactical needs of the game. This way, we get more players in whilst still being within the player limit.

Heavy: Metaturtle or Assy Mcgee (he would have to actually use his minigun and shotgun though).
Scout: Hubris or Dreo (haven't either in a while though)
Engineer: Thai Grocer, Hairy Mountain Man, or Beerbaron
Sniper: Chewy or Jeffito
Spy: Ion Silverbolt or Liquid (haven't seen in a while)

The following are the maximum amount of each class a team may use at any given time:

If at any time during the match a team uses more than the allowed amount of any class, the set/half in which the violation occurred will be overturned

Well, we got steamrolled! but very good game on part of TKO.

A little analysis:

Our team certainly didn't lack skill. However, I think we had two problems:

1. Not enough communication: scouts were basically getting through our basement without much warning, and I must admit I am guilty of not communicating enough.

2. Role assignment: there was absolutely no clear assignment of roles to our players. We had reasonable offense but it lacked numbers.

TKO on the other hand played very aggressively and they still managed to scramble enough defense when needed. They just kept pushing in wave after wave, not leaving enough room for us to breathe.

I must say I didn't like the excessive spawn camping, but I guess it is our fault that we let them reach in deep and nest in our spawn.

Overall, well played TKO! I guess my roving gang of Tom Brokaws will have to wait for another day...
