Hey all,

I was wondering if there were any members out there who know a lot about HLstatsX.

I'm more concerned with the player rankings rather than the server ones.

OK my ranking right now is 326 out of 91, 411 players. What does this mean? Is this a ranking out of all the people who play TF2 on steam? Or just out of all the players on Stopmfest servers?

You are ranked 326 on just the Stompfest servers. I don't know how the Global rankings work, though

If you type "rank" while you're in-game, at the bottom is a Global section that shows you what rank you are over all HLStats servers. Sometimes it's functional and sometimes it's not. Dunno what it depends on, but it's usually functional when I check it.

A lot of that rank also takes in account activity. Spend more time, the higher the rank. An the 91k+ is the total number of players on the server over time.

That's true in a way, but you don't get points just for having more activity. But naturally, the more you play - assuming you kill people and your team blocks captures and such, you accrue points that way. I presume most understand this, but that first sentence was a little misleading IMO briz. :)

But yeah, David said it right. The TF2 stats page is only your ranking on SF servers, and rank (in game) will usually show your Global ranking as well.

have you seen my kills? I'm not very good, but due to my activity and what little kills i have, I am 22nd atm

Oh, you're talking about CSS. Billy was asking about TF2. Same concept applies, though.
