Battlefield: Bad Company

Not sure if this is for PC or not, but I've been playing the demo a lot latley on the 360. I haven't really gotten into any of the other BF's, but this game is kick ass in my opinion. Way better than Camp of Duty 4.

looks pretty sweet. I've downloaded the demo on my ps3, but have yet to play it.

Well, I have yet to play singleplayer (does anyone play that anyway?) but I have become somewhat bored playing the same gametype and map over and over and over. Especially when you get noobs on your team 94% of the games. I'm just praying the real game improves on its use of squads. If I were to have 4 friends in my "squad" as soon as we joined the game chances were 3 would be put on one team and the last guy on the other team. Also, you can only talk to the people in your squad during the game - and 84% of the time, even if you had your own squad when you joined, you would be randomly put into another squad without your friends.

Killzone 2 is going to have squad based multiplayer like that. I'm really pumped for KZ2. I've never gotten into the BF games though... i guess i should give this one a shot though.

Wasn't killzone 3rd person? I've never played it..... maybe that was killswitch. I'll have to check out KZ2.

bad company is a console exclusive, i tried the demo it was alright but quickly got me totally bored.for one simple reason, its battlefield 2 with buildings that blow up. meaning you get shot from opposite sides of the map never knowing who or what shot you and spawn next to enemies constantly, meaning you spend more time dead than playing the game. at least thats what i gathered from this demo, im going to go back and play some more grid now
