Yeah, he just filed the lawsuit because the guy left neutral feedback. Ebay has adjusted it's polocies so sellers can't leave negative feedback unless the buyer does first or if the buy doesn't pay.

I hope that news channel that found out he was a sex offender called up the cops in NC to report the guy.

One would think a red flag would be raised at some point when he filed his law suit. Especially since they said this was not the only one he filed against someone over E-bay fedd back. It's good the judge eventually tossed it but it should nver have gotten as far as it did. You have to accept E-bay's TOS to use their site and that includes accepting the Fedd Back system.

Just a mirror that is scuffed up. Ice is not THAT reflective. Her reflection would be all distorted, more like just a shadow, if it were ice. And she would stick ofcourse. She does not have her leg covers on in the pic like she would when she skates.
