What's really sad is this happens to people all the time at real stores like Bestbuy. Now, I don't shop at Bestbuy for anything other then movies because they are a rip off, but I see things on the news every Christmas about how a bunch of people bought new iPods or TVs for someone for Christmas and they get home and the box has some random piece of junk in it.

Even though this happens over and over it always takes Fox News putting the story on the air before Bestbuy will replace the product. I have even seen some of this stuff first hand. Back in the day, when I was in High School, I worked at K-Mart and get called up to the Service Desk to take some stuff to the back that had been returned. Well the idiot at the service desk let some guy return a power saw that hada brick in the box. The box was open and everything and when I went up there to take it to the back I saw the brick. Well, dude at the desk lost his job.
