It's not available for public release until 04/29. It was released today for only for OEM's. I do wonder if Valve and Microsoft hire the same people. They both like to release updates late.

It's up on quite a few torrent sites. I wish Microsoft would hurry up and release Windows Server 2003 Sp3. Windows XP X64 needs some love.

Yeah, I ain't going to mess with my OS with something I get off a Torrent. I can wait a week to get it from MS.

sp3 just effed up my custom theme. At the 2 lan parties I attended I saw many people using the same theme, Royale Noir. So if you use it beware. I'm trying to repatch it and try again. updates as they come.
Update: Repatch didn't work. :(

Seriously there's no need for it. Just leave your windows as is.... unless you are surfing p2p, torrent, and clicking ads left and right, then you shouldn't really have to worry about viruses. (Granted you have a hardware firewall/router installed.... AND it isn't wireless).
