I'm going to sound like an a$$hole if I delve into this...
but here goes!! =]
1.) If you're going to submit it for the contest, you gotta drop the oNi name obviously.
2.) I love the design overall, you know Red and Black are just amazing on anything.
3.) The red glow on the www and com would never work on a shirt because after a few washes when that fades it'll be almost invisible on a black shirt. You'd want some other color inside the lettering and then add the glow.
4.) Having something else to show off would be a lot better imho. Just a name, logo, and website address isn't something to turn heads. I know you're creative enough to knock out some amazing shizz, so take time and come up with a great slogan to go with it. Even if it goes on the back or front, (opposite of the primary design).
ageed on alll counts just a prelimarer desing
