hello, my name is aaron/muaddib and i have some great ideas for the head admin of the clan.
1)Splitting the clan into houses:
This will help members of the clan get to know other people that have the same qualities as them. Here are some names and descriptions of the houses:
a. Stomp Dummies
Description: this house is for those who are mostly about OWNING players in the game they play. FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALL ABOUT THE GAME.

b. Orange Fest
Description: this house is for those who LOVE orange and custom maps. FOR PEOPLE WHO LOVE ORANGE AND CUSTOM MAPS.

c. Upgrade 3
Description: this house is mysterious, no one knows who or why it was started. FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKE HAVING A LOW PROFILE IN HEAVILY POPULATED COMMUNITIES.

d. Brawlin' Bros and Bras
Description: by the name of this house you can tell this will be a meeting point for guys and gals to chill and talk, NOT TO SEX-CHAT, of course, this house would need to be over adminned if you know what i mean.....:). FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE MOST "DOWN" WITH CO-ED COMMUNITIES.

e. Foreign Friends
Description: this house is a closed house ONLY for those who are from other countries other than USA. FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T SPEAK QUITE WELL ENGLISH AND ARE FROM OTHER COUNTRIES.

f. Gangsta Females
Description: this house is for the ladies who do not like to be around a bunch of guys. FOR THOSE WHO ARE MORE ABOUT HANGING OUT WITH THE "HOME GIRLS".

The houses will have their own recruitment forum and a private forum, OWNLY ACCESSIBLE TO THE MEMBERS BELONGING TO THE HOUSE. HOUSE LEADERS, @below, ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING THE NAMES IN THE ADMIT LIST FOR THEIR HOUSE'S PRIVATE FORUMS. ONLY HOUSE LEADERS AND CO-LEADERS CAN EXCEPT OR DENY THE APPLICATIONS OF THOSE WHO APPLY FOR THAT HOUSE.
2)House Leaders:
a. The house leaders are there to be in control of their houses and deal with their house recruits and other members. They are expected to give 100% in maturity. They kind of take the heat off of the clan leader(s). Should be someone mature like an admin.
b. If this idea does come ALIVE, then the house leaders are expected to have a roster sticky inside of their house forum, (public to all members), and have a roll call once every 2 weeks so they know who is inactive and active for the scrimmages, see # 3.
c. The house leaders are in charge of ALL of their house members so they need to be the best of the best. They can choose who their house co-leader is but the clan leader(s) needs to ok it first. House leaders are then on able to do what they want as long as it's in their house and it's oked by the clan leader(s).
d. Co-leaders: pretty much have the same powers only the House Leader's word is final. Also should be someone mature, like an admin.
3) Scrimmages:
a. These will take place in seasons, such as there are 6 houses and each of them scrim each other in one of our servers. Each house will play three games against different houses. The houses have one game a week for those first 3 weeks, then onto elimination.
b. The elimination is to eliminate the bottom 2 houses with the lowest scores out of the first 3 weeks of scrimming. Then 2 more games are played by each house that are left. After those two games are over, then elimination starts again.....the last 2 houses that are left are playing for the CHAMPIONSHIP.........ONE GAME, ONE SERVER, ONE MAP, ONE CHAMPION. Who ever wins this game is the Stomp Fest™ Scrim Champion.
c. The season's will take place 3 times a year unless we can fit another one to make it 4. One in the spring, summer, and fall. Since the holidays are in the winter the scrims wouldn't happen that much because of people going out of town or so.

And since this was my idea and the scrim thing maybe NOT completely clear, I will volunteer to be scrim manager and a house leader.
