Problem with Number one key :(

When i try to select from the admin menu andything tied to number one like in a list
1 kick
2slay, etc
i cant select one....
I can select any other number and when i am typing 1 works (obviously) Can anyone think of a reason? this is in game like when i am nominating a new map and hydro happens to be "1" i cant select it :( HELP ME I WANT TO PLAY HYDRO AND SLAP ANTI LULZ :( and i cant do either :(
