Looking for a webdesigner with flash skills

Hey me and a buddy are wanting to start our own t-shirt business with posters and what not. We have the designs for the t-shirts and posters in draft and want to put it on shirts etc. The company's theme and design will most likely be that of a revolution of medicine. Anyways, if theres anyone who is a skilled web developer and possibly graphics designer, we are willing to negotiate a pay with you to get something set up for us.
