Sounds like they're trained more on how to uninstall linux more than how to fix windows.
(this one is for you, halfwit)

LOL
I just installed ubuntu on my cousins PC yesterday . She couldn't believe how smooth it ran compared to windows. With openoffice , mozilla etc already installed its perfect for her. She also gave me 60 bucks for configuring her home network.
Ubuntu = FTW
Oh and you have to be a stupid mofo not to know how to erase linux and install xp or vice versa .

i love the feel of ubuntu, but I can't use it on my laptop as a CS major using Visual Studio :(
Once I get out of school i'm definitely making the move, at least for my lappy

you're a CS major too. I'm transferring to
UCLA's Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science . My GPA is good enough and from the statisticts I've read only 2% of all transfers to UCLA are going for CS and there is a high percentage of approval rate for that major . The math is intense though :( . UCLA is not known for their CS program but hey ... its UCLA :) and most CS students get hired by top company's . My friends are engineers for GE, SoCal Edison, Google , and the LA Times all because of the CS degrees (Half From CalPoly and Half From UCLA)
CS is the way to go .
