ok so here is my problem
ever since a week or so ago, my outbound on the Vent i use is UBER UBER laggy
BUT
the inbound is fine, no lag at all
this meaning i cant talk(cause its at like a 40 sec lag) but i can hear fine
the only programs im running are Vent and WoW
also, i took my laptop(the thing i game on) to my friends house and had no outbound lag at all
so im wondering if its my internet, or something else
i tried uninstall/install and that didnt help
so im just lookin for ideas or w/e that could help fix this
i didnt have this problem 2-3 weeks ago so i dunno wtf is up
Note: last week a new content patch(Patch 2.4) came out for WoW, dunno if that is the problem
IF someone thinks they can fix this, and would like the vent info to test w/ me, i'll send it in a PM(T6 raid vent, private, etc)

edit: my ping is low, around 30-40
