To all people using this forum to buy/sell items

Here are some general rules, guidelines, and tips that must be followed.

Sellers
-Please make it clear what you are selling, the price, your location, and the cost of shipping.
-Pictures of the item are always helpful
-Nothing illegal please.

Buyers
-Be aware of what you are buying, and who you are buying from. Check the users reputation on the forum (post count, date registered, etc). Even go as far as googling their name to make sure that they have no scam reports on them. You could also check to see if they have a heatware account and ask them to verify it.
-Ask questions about the product. You don't want any surprises when you receive it. Ask if it has been used, what condition it's in, if it's a demo item, etc.
-Be sure to make a quick payment. Nothing is more annoying to a seller when the buyer takes weeks to pay, or doesn't pay at all. If you do not make a reasonably quick payment, the seller has the right to skip you and move on to the next person in line.

-Be respectful. Any flaming or rude posts will be removed
-Stompfest is not responsible for any of these items or the sale of them. We simply host an area for sales to be displayed. If a sale goes sour, you need to dispute it with the seller/buyer, as we cannot do much about it. We can, however, make notes of previous sales that we have found. Stompfest reserves the right to inform buyers/sellers of any previous transactions, whether they be good or bad.
-Stompfest also reserves the right to remove any items that we feel are inappropriate.

You might want to add too that buyers should request if the seller has a Heatware account, check it, ask them to verify the account (as a Heatware user they should know the process of doing so) so you can ensure they aren't providing you with some other users Heatware information.
