Dude,

If you are using a high def 720p and above, you will need atleast an ati hd2400, with hdmi output.

Currently Im running in my MMC a hd 2600pro 512 and it has no problems with h264 or bluray material.

which i'm not. i have a generic 27" tv w/ composite and svideo connections. i just use it for downloaded tv shows and movies. maybe one day when i'm rollin' in the phat cash i'll have a nice big HD tv and then i'll build a rig to rock it out. until then, its svideo and stereo sound, baby!

I'll have a spare Sapphire X1900XT in a few days. What do you have to trade (if you're interested)?

If you still need a card let me know. I have a few sitting around that I no longer need.

yeah... what have you got? i thought the graphics card (x300) was the cause of my problems but it turned out to be a rogue hard drive. i wouldnt mind getting a better card to use it as a spare gaming rig for guests.
