Ever hear of Etsy.com? My fiancee spends like an hour a day just looking at all the cool shit people make on there. She's gotten some vases, a necklace, and a ring on there. Most of its cheap and very indie cool.

Very nice work indeed!

My mom's been making stained glass for 20+yrs now, from windows/pics/suncatchers to full fuse-ings(spell?wtfe) to glass beads and mosaics, and as well some hemp jewelry, and other odd misc. glass pieces.

She's got tooo much glass making items for me to even think of off hand, really.

She has a small business as well under the title "Julie's Glass".

Throughout those years I have helped her here and there, not too much though.

I've been telling her for years now "put your stuff on eBay at least" because she's done some small craft shows recently, and nothing but other vendors buying/attending.
Shows the pathetic state of our economy when people don't want to buy 1-5$ items.
The one major celtic fest she did 6-8 yrs back she had a good return on. I told her to pay the couple hundred to get into a street fair, but, well, whatever.

I think I will tell her about this site you "belong" to, maybe you'll see some of her stuff on there soon!

Here's a few works I could find pics of on the comp:

I wouldn't want you folks to think I do nothing but computers, pics will follow when I stop playing TF long enough to take one. *Laughs

Furniture:
A couple of end tables which should now be burned since I learned how to use the tools I own.
6 foot red oak coffee table w/ 5 foot rounded glass inlay.

Powder room:
Deep Pink/Purplish walls
4 Inch crown
Diagonally laid marble floor with slate patterned inlay.

Office:
Red Oak, T configuration desk with book shelves on each side.
Built wall to enclose (Room had a 7 foot opening)
Added 5' french double doors and 2' inwall shelves.
6 inch crown
Burgundy walls (which took 4 coats omfg!)

Dining Room:
~4 foot white panel with roped detail frames in the panels
3 inch crown with rope detail.... which is way too small
Light Blue walls

Kitchen:
Travertine backsplash.
In-wall coffee maker
New Sink

Guest bedroom:
light pink with burgundy pin stripes.

Master bedroom, Master Bath, sitting room:
Pink walls w/ Dark pink accent walls... My wife's first paint job! Came out good.

Whole House:
Some sand color my wife picked out... painting the family room that has 20' ceilings, priceless. (Do NOT look down)

1300 sf of 18 inch ceramic tile on first floor, which still has alot of base and shoe to be nailed into place. ATTENTION: Laying a small floor, in a small room, is very different from laying an entire floor of a house. I don't recommend it due to the sheer pain.

5 rooms and a basement to go!!! *sighs*

I am surprised at the price. I have seen home shows where things like this go for much more. I will show my wife.
