Although this seems strange enough. 1: They can be hijacked accounts. Anyone can remember the scamming months on steam.
2: This is a fine breach of the user agreement steam/valve has supplied. You cannot resell any steam account. I believe you can only give it as a gift.

Therefor, I'll take a 5 digit, non vac-banned, non steam-banned, free steam account. Aw thank you.
