Oh and I usually try and join the other team when Joker is around. Thing is, the other team is full most of the time which leaves me no choice but to play with Joker :(

For real! I've been saying there should be a law against those two being on the same team for some time now. It's just not right! In fact I'd venture to say that those two could take on a whole team of 15 by themselves.
