Bring back stat spam

please turn the stat spam back on for tf2 2fort. this is a great thing it lets people know what pts there geting and loseing and keeps people comeing to the surver imo. also can we get full pt loss back i think it keeps new people comeing and staying cuz they rise fast in the ranks also the regs need to be better. (so you dont get as high a score but do be so worried about how big your e-pean looks man)

well i've had several requests for this so I'm setting it back up.

I'm not going to change the full point loss though. We had a lot of people pissed off about losing so many points when killed by a new player, and since I cut it in half I haven't had one complaint (except for you :)). If I get a few more complaints I'll consider it though.
