i dont like it too big unless we are gonna run it as 32-34 man server to create the blood bath i enjoy i much prefer fast pace action .
i have played it a few times seems not so great to me

I have to say there are parts of castle I really love and parts I really dislike.

ive played it.... its pretty good.... there are some glithces but it's an overall good level.... seems a little slanted in blues favor...

The map seems to be pretty well thought out, but its just too big. Otherwise, it feels fairly balanced.

It's a great map, but as said it is too big. I think it was made for 32 player servers, but it wouldn't hurt to try it out a few times to see how it goes.

Pro: Its a new, different map, and those of us that play all the time really need a change of scenery
Cons: Way too easy to spawn camp. This is fun for one side, and super frustrating for the other.

Its fun for a bit, but definately not well thought out.

Does anyone know if the tf2 developers ever come out with new maps? Seems hard to find a truely perfect custom map...

yeah, i know they're working on at least 2 more official maps right now. Hopefully they'll release before the new year...

I really can't say anything bad about castle3. I find myself changing classes constantly depending upon what part of the map we're going to be on. Definitely the most fun I've had on a new map in a while.

I agree with you. within each stage i see myself changing classes. It is truly the only map where you can test your skill in pretty much all classes in all 3 stages.
