Call of Duty 5 Confirmed

IGN reports that Activision Blizzard has confirmed that there with be a 5th game in the popular "Call of Duty" series. Personally I have not played COD4 yet, but might end up picking it up after the holidays. One has to wonder if a series as popular as this has been can keep up the game alive & interesting through so many releases. I never got into the Final Fantasy series, which has lived a good life so far, but is a good example of a game that keeps coming back.

The thing with final fantasy is they've kept the name but they changed the system a bit pretty much every game, but kept the names and effects of spells and such to keep it so you didn't feel completely lost, and lets face it back in the day there were more dorks than frat boys playing video games thus rpgs were in higher demand, now with reading out of the way more and more people are picking up video games.

I'm also looking to get CoD4 I hear it's pretty sweet. Hopefully we can get the .sf server going as well, if more people here get it.

yup. dif story, dif characters, dif worlds. The underlying science behind everything usually involved magic and crystals though.
