Ok it's been given to my attention lately that too many people have problems with the E-peen and keeping their trap shut. PUB's are meant to have fun BUT when you go around shooting your trap like your out to just plain annoy everyone, then we have a problem. I know I'm guilty of losing my edge as well from time to time but hey, I'm an admin that has a lil more stress when playing than you guys do. Anyways, consider this your warning for the people in this list. LEARN TO CONTROL YOUR MOUTHS! (AKA SHUT THE F**K UP!!!). Anyone on the list have problems with being on the list may contact me personally. Any players you don't see and think should be on the list you can also contact me personally. The following people on the list has my clear permission for lvl 2 admins and above to skip the warning and go straight to punshment. If need be, let them "time out" for a few mintues with a ban (ONLY IF NEED BE!). This does not give permission to abuse.

note: people on the list might not have done all of the stated above but have been guilty of doing most and fit into general steriotype hencing making them greatly hated on the server by the general public.

mmk. im banned from the server now for team stacking and moving back to the other team when an admin moves me there? i dont stack teams, and the only reason i ONCE moved back to the other team when kahne moved me onto a different team during Italy, is because he wouldnt give me an answer why he moved me onto terrorists. when he moved me i asked him why he did it, not rude or anything, just asked him, and he never responded to my question, so i simply moved back. when i moved back, he didnt say anything to me or move be back again, so I just stayed on CT.

and if you call team stacking being on the same team as my friends, then you should say so, because we always do that, and noone ever tells us to do different.

Yeah, I never asked Mrs. Asswhooping anything about my penis, lol. Really the only thing I've talked to Mrs about is I asked her how old she was. Then I was just joking around with her saying she was 43. I wasn't intentionally trying to be mean by saying she was 43.. I'd like to see this 'video' of me asking her about my penis, k? Also, I wasn't throwing smokes and flashes at teammates for now reason. What I was doing, was just putting a whole bunch of smokes in spawn and around Kahne cause he was afk. I was not 'throwing them at them'. And I was never teamflashing people, kthnx. I'd like to see the video of me 'throwing them at them' and flashing them too. Unless its just of me doing it to other deA, guys, cause if that, we're just joking around laughing about it, it's not like we're being serious if we do it to each other.

no offense frontside, and i personally don't feel you to be the biggest problem from dea. nor have i seen most of those videos (i have seen the smoking vid) but there is a reason you guys (dea whole clan) is HATED by most of the regulars in our server. can you somehow explain that to me? and i'll save you the excuse of you guys are good and you kill them lots. we have clan 3L that has been with us since we started. i don't care what you guys think of diM. and friends but they do kill us lots but never have they recieved the negative feed back such as what you guys have gotten. please do give me a reason. if you dare say it's showtime that started all this hate of dea and that you guys got mixed into it then i'll ask managers to allow you one more chance but then we would have to replace your ban with showtime. think hard.

Honestly, I don't know why the general public hates ME. I don't want this to get anyone else banned, but I was in there a couple days ago, and people were discussing about how they didn't like the deA clan, but they were fine with me, and thought I was cool. This is just one reason why I don't understand why I was banned.

Yeah, like I stated before, I did do the smoke thing, but I was just throwing them right around Kahne while he was afk, I wasn't throwing them at people, hitting them with them making them slow down or anything. It wasn't something that even really affected Kahne I don't think, seeing as he was AFK lol.

If you really have gathered this information about me from the past month+, then someone must have been playing as my name for a while giving me a bad name. I only started playing on this server as of about 11-29-07.(see thread http://www.stompfest.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3370) That's only what... 19 days, not even a month. So if what you really say is true, and not just some made up lies, then someone has been playing as my name before.

And if you don't really mean a month+, then please get your facts straight about me if you're going to accuse me of stuff before you blat it out to public. Thankyou.

Also, how will you be able to see a change for the better in our attitudes towards the players of Stompfest in the server, if we're not allowed in the server? Or do you just mean on forums? Help me out here, not trying to be rude, but I'm just a little confused on this part, lol?


And another thing. We don't just ban someone from vent if they come in and we don't know them. We actually only have 7 people on the ban list currently. That's mainly for those who have randomly come in and started to TTS binds and spamming our vent, or come in and start arguing about something. The best one was this guy who came in and started rapping, lol.

In that post you made Jokerz, you say that YOU banned me, but in a PM from zer0, I asked him about it, he said that eclyps was the one? Do you all want credit for banning me.. did I have some sort of bounty on my head, lol, or are you just getting mixed up?

Sorry bro I don't need to provide anything to you. The demo is uploaded to our demo upload site which any admin and manager can watch at there own free will. The only one that can unban you is E,DW, or briz.

Feel free to private message them and ask them to review the video marked dea.zip for unban review. If they think your bann'd is unjust then fine you are unban i have no problem with that. But as it stands now you are banned.

My mouth has been being used but not like that, and I haven't be defying admins, the only admin(s) I ever fuck with is Parole Officer Kahne, and that's because in my opinion he's a very bad admin / player. Just today when I WAS on the server he stacked teams on Aztec CT side so he could be on the winning side, when I question him why he was stacking he moved another played to Terrorist not himself, and that's just one example. Yeah I know I am pretty mouthy, but cmon now its the fucking internet and I have been no where near as bad as I can get and I even stopped as much of the mic chatter. This is bs that I get banned, but w.e you make the decision I guess.

Yeah about that kid thing. You blame that on us, yet PrettyKitty was the one who started saying stuff like that to the kid, and was the one who mainly was doing that, stating that drugs are good for you, telling him to tell his mom he was going to school, but then take a city bus to downtown and go get some drugs, etc., yet you don't get mad at him. That's just another example, Kahne, of how I say you only get mad at deA members, and no one else, even if they do the exact same thing/worse.

Mainly we were doing was showtime was getting the Jason kid to say showtime ten times fast, because it was humorous. Not only to us, but to almost everyone on that team. Also we were letting him in on our rushes long a and stuff. We were just joking around with him by doing that since he was a little kid though, cause that was also humorous, we weren't being mean to him by doing it.

This is why Kahne pisses me off so much and I might mouth off to him. Whenever a deA member is doing something even just semi wrong, he will mute/threaten to ban/threaten to get a higher admin in here, BUT when ever someone does anything else he never cares.

One time someone teambled me, and all I said was "Wow kid, don't teambleed", and Kahne tells me to "Shut up Frontside", and never mentioned to the other kid not to teambleed, YET he constantly enforces rules on us, but it seems NO ONE else while we are in there. He is too consumed in finding every single last flaw about us, he just denies that everyone else is doing things wrong. ALSO another time, someone intentionally tk'ed me, and I told Kahne about it I was joking around saying "Yo Kahne, I think this kid is getting a little outta hand, he's tking me", and he goes, "Well ope, I didn't see it, too bad, can't do anything about it."

THIS is why Kahne pisses me off, and about everyone else in deA. If he wouldn't be such a bad admin, we would probably not mouth off to admins (and by admins I mean Kahne, cause that's the only one I have ever mouthed off to a bit), because there would be no need to.

Seems like the only side of this story has been against us. I thought I should just share this tidbit of information.
