Is this SLI Capable and is it worth it?

I have no clue how to find out if my comp is SLI capable but heres my stuff that i think you need to know for it

Motherboard: nVidia GeForce 6100 (C51) + MCP51
Processor: (Two) AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+
Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce 7600 GS PCI Express x16

I also dont know if it is worth having two graphics cards. or just one real good one. Thanks.

look inside your board. does it have 2 pci-e slots?
