Bios

I have never set up a bios but anyways when I update a BIOS, would I simply get the latest one or would I get all of em? Seriously, I generally think that all prior updates would be in the latest one, but I second guess myself lots.

On most new boards. There is a program that comes with all your drivers or is on the companies website. Program's called Bios flash or something like. Does the update for you. What motherboard do you have?

Asus P5N-E SLI, I'm pretty sure I have it.

personally i don't recommend flashing bio's unless you have a major problem with something and/or you want to unlock/update you board for some new fearture that was not implemented when you bought your board.
