Many of us may wonder about the age and maturity of the gaming community, as well as what should be included in games - blood, violence, sex, etc. We all recall when aussieland banned grand theft auto, and wonder what else might be banned and where.

Well, here's another example of that, with Mass Effect. Seems Singapore has found a scene in the game a bit to explicit, and thus has banned the game. You have to wonder in the day where games can be purchased online and downloaded, how these kinds of decisions can be effectively enforced, let alone even considered.

updated - nov 19 - seems as though the powers that be in singaport have changed thier minds, and will allow the sale of the game, with an adult only stipulation - http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2007/11/19/mass_effect_ban_lifited/
