From what I've seen he has a toggle that he only uses when he feels a need to. He plays rather noobish and will do OK, but soon as he gets into a hairy situation or isn't doing so well he pulls off a string of completely BS headshots.

thank you, happyfish. When you slow it down to about 15%, you can clearly see the crosshairs move and stay directly on the head.

I just wan't to be sure about this guy, which is why a ban wasn't issued earlier.

so I wasn't crazy when panda would random HS me yet sometimes I'd just pwn him nasty.

I figured it out when I realized that every time I had the advantage of position/weapon he's take 1 shot and HS me. Wouldn't spray, wouldn't miss, 1 shot kill every time.

Yet when I watched him play he's suck ass unless he got into a tight spot, then he's pull the same shit again.
