In the <sf> 66.55.158.56:27015 server, i can't use custom weapons and/or sounds since the most recent CSS update.
Can you fix it please? It only happens in that server
PS: "Wang in tha house_no mic_MN" insulted me for asking about this in-game. Can admins do that?

Hi VoID.KID,
What custom weapons and sounds are missing? ( I have some ignorance in the area ) are they just skins etc set up on your local machine? are they still working on other servers?
As for Wang he is not an admin on SF so you can pretty much ignore him, if you are being unfairly picked on etc you can raise it to an admin by typing in chat starting with a "@" so for example
"@ hi admin x is going on"

wang is certainly not one of our admins so if he continues to be an ass please let us know.
for the custom weapons and skins and such... the last update allowed any server to run 'pure', which means the player must use all default skins and sounds to play. this prevents people from using transparent wall textures to simulate wallhacks.

here's the idea.
sv_pure 1 default makes your game comply with a server "whitelist" which basically overrides your custom files in your cstrike\materials and cstrike\sounds folders with the original, stock textures, models, and sounds. there are ways of customizing this or completely eliminating it
to eliminate it, the server goes to sv_pure 0 mode, which goes back to the old school way
or, what we (they, i don't have aythng to do with the server) should do, i suggest, is mess with the whitelist, allow custom sounnds, player models, and gun models/textures, however, keep the wall textures on the whitelist to keep people from having material wallhacks.
so basically, you can eliminate wallhacks while allowing players to use their sounds and gun models and player models.

yea when I read about pure mode I was worried all my weapon and player skins were going back to normal. But I guess it's all ok.

some players use all white or neon colored player models to help spot the opposing team (cheaters!) and over exaggerated foot step sounds to help hear the other team coming (more cheats!). i have used FusionPack Mods before, pretty cool skins upgrade, but it seems that nothing runs smoother than a fresh install of the stock ones.

I just get normal weapon skins lol nothing like that. Well some prop skins like a better looking bomb, and I just installed a pretty damn good replica of the real awp, smaller scope and everything. Only problem is that when you look at another awper, the gun points up.
