Blinding when sharing an ip

I have people over to play a lot. And when I'm blinded it makes the game boring. I know it's to prevent ghosting but it seems pretty pointless when we still get radar that shows where everyone is. I dunno, if you can get rid of radar too do that otherwise lemme look at something when I'm dead.

So, just wondering, does this mani allow the map to be viewed when dead and sharing an ip? Because if so its kind of useless to blind people :P
