We do have a few walk-in seats availabe... First-come-first-servered on those.

You must sign in before you can bring any equipment into the building. When you sign in you will be given a bar coded, name badge. This badge must be worn at all time. No one will be admitted into Stompfest without a badge. There will be a $5 charge for lost badges. If you want to get a head start on the sign in process; you can print this form: Release (http://www.stompfest.com/Misc/Forms/SFRelease.PDF).

Permission slips:

Gamers under the age of 18 must have written permission from a parent/guardian to attend Stompfest. You can get the permission form here: Release (http://www.stompfest.com/Misc/Forms/SFRelease.PDF).

No Gamers under the age of 10.

Updates:

Update ALL your software before coming to Stompfest. This includes your Operating System (Windows), Anti-Virus software, Games (Counter-Strike: Source, Battlefield 2), etc.

Virus:

Scan your computer(s) for viruses before coming to Stompfest. If you do not have a virus scanner, go to housecall.antivirus.com (http://housecall.antivirus.com) for a free, on-line scan. Anyone caught spreading virus, worms, etc. will be removed from Stompfest without refund!

Internet:

Comcast will be providing Internet access for Stompfest! This is for chatting, driver downloads, and the like; keep the gaming local.

Bring/Don't bring:

Bring your Stompfest cups, computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones, network cable, power strips, cash for food, good sportsmanship.

Don't bring any switches, hubs, extras such as fans, UPS, speakers, or anything that will pull additional power.

Servers:

<span class="SF">Stompfest</span> welcomes servers brought in by our Gamers. However, because of network & power issues, all servers must be placed on the server tables. Space is limited, so remote management is required.
