hmmm...well it depends on your focus.
personally, i would look at RAM...and video card BEFORE getting more storage space.
IF you are runnin a GB or more of RAM, get a cheaper than 3200+ CPU, and bump that video up to more than a $200 Radeon card.
for example, my rig. i am runnin' a 2500+ barton, 512 DDR, and a GForce FX 5600 256MB card. my system runs most every multiplayer game that i like very nice!
but my weakest point is RAM, mostly because of Graphic Design work. I wanna go to 1GB dual channel BEFORE i go out and blow serious coin on a new video card.
my advice...drop that CPU down to something a lil' cheaper, but go bigger on VIDEO. that is...if your RAM is upto snuff.
it's no use running that much power if your memory is the hellabottleneck that it can be!
just mah two cents,

Well what kind of video card do you currently have?
Will 30 GB be enough space for you? Personally for me its not enough, but I have too many games and files on my PC.
Do you need to buy anything else (memory/MB/CDR/DVDR)?
Here is a link to a cheap HD 80GB.

If the 30GB is big enough for you, and you don't need anything else go with the video card. May not need to spend quite that much for a decent card.
