So I put chords "continuous movement" binds in my cfg, loaded up tf2, and joined the empty irs to test it.
Joined in on nucleus, everything was EXTREMELY choppy/stuttering, as if I had like 5fps or horrid lag, although I was getting ~100-120, and 35/40 ping.
Even the announcer would say something and she'd keep repeating herself, like it had a delay(the music effect, not wrong timing), about 50 times I'd hear her say the same thing.

So wasd didnt work at all, couldn't move. Typing in chat was bad, after so long it wouldn't let me use the arrow keys or delete buttons, or type anything in general.

Disconnected, removed binds, and reset my movement keys back to normal, rejoined.

Now I had the lovely purple/black boxes everywhere(I know, vid card problem).
Changed map to DB. No graphical errors, but still stutter city. I could move and all, but was choppy moving, another player saw it too. I noticed my fps was still high, but my In was literally going from 46 then 1085 every refresh/sec.(46-1085-46-1085-etc)
Out seemed normal.

Lanterns in DB spawn were blinking, almost really slow strobe light like.

Turned AA down from 16 msaa to 4x, filtering from max to 3x. Helped slightly.

Disconnected, restarted pc, rejoined, same thing. Temps on pcu and vc are normal(120/130 F).

I was playin fallout 3 last night, no probs, and started it to see if anything as wrong today, runs awesome as usual.

Gonna put new drivers on(or just redo them) and maybe even go a step back or two now that I'm home from work.

Seems like it could be from the update, but idk right this sec.
Or maybe even the auto-demo recording(gonna take that out now that I remember that).

Any ideas?

Nvmnd, for whatever reason the individual auto-demo recording for each class you select was causing the problem.
Don't know why it was a problem, was working last time I played.
Noticed in the log:
"Completed demo, recording time 0.0, game frames 3.
Recording to EF_[scout].dem...
Completed demo, recording time 0.1, game frames 3.
Recording to EF_[scout].dem...
Completed demo, recording time 0.1, game frames 3.
etc. etc."

Hence the stuttering.

Now to make it work again....
