We do have a suggestion forum, for those who would like to see us change something, or inquire as to how something is done, or would like to suggest another way of doing something please, post. The staff page also has contact info, try an email too if you care enough to back up your words to desire improvement.

We still have "pay at the door", but you save $5 by doing it online... Plus, your not guaranteed a seat when you pay at the door. We also have to have the money up front to pay for the venue. A deposit only does so far :(. What would be great is to have the sponsors pay for the venue. Then this wouldn't be such a problem and entrance fees could be lower.

Have you guys ever thought of seeking a title sponsor for the party? I know Sean does a ton of work in bringing in sponsors, but have has the discussion ever gotten to a point of "Stompfest brought to you by..." or something along those lines?

Just curious.................but with almost 200 people registered at at least 30 a pop from them = ~ $6,000.

( and yes I realize that you have other expenses too..........not to mention you are nonprofit, whicj I commend.)

If the venue is charging you more than that for 2-4 days then maybe you need to shop around a little bit.

I'm not trying to be harsh or anything..........just wanted to go to your party really badly as I don't get to get out of the house much anymore...........

I think we've scoured this city on venues. :P Between what we require *overnight* and the power / broadband requirements it's pretty tough to find one. If you happen to have one in mind send it in an email to Eliasen@stompfest.com ill give it a good look over and get back with you.

Size!! :) find an open hall with 14k SQ Ft or more
