The US Army has set up its foward command post at Net Heads!! And it's time for you to report in!!
We're having a monster party and it's free, courtesy of X103, the real United States Army and Net Heads.
That's right, your three favorites - soldiers from the United States Army, DJ's from X103 and Net Heads - will all be there.
In addition to running America's Army competitions all day long, we are:
- strapping a 40 foot climbing wall to the side of Net Heads
- bringing in military grade HumVees
- setting up basketball hoops
- and more...
And we lined up the biggest prizes for any LAN event anywhere:
- a trip for 2 to any House of Blues venue in the country with a concert package included!!
- 30 pairs of Metallica and XFest tickets!!!
- 300 tickets to the WakeBoard Nationals to be held in Indy in August
- MP3 players
- CD boom boxes & CD's
- t-shirts
- and more...
And, being the nice guys we are, this is a free event. All prizes will be the result of drawings by the US Army from the players who play the game. That means even if you suck - and you know you do - you can still win the cool stuff.
Net Heads is giving out passes on X103 all this week and next. Listen and you might just get free time at Net Heads, which we all know is the best prize of all!
This day will include free gaming for everyone and lots of prizes and drawings.
The fun starts at 11am and goes until 7pm. It's going to get really crazy, so come early. There will be hundreds of players there and great rounds of great gaming. This will be the biggest gaming event in Indy this year.
If you haven't played America's Army, you gotta try it (download it for free). Highly realistic, current day, team based combat simulations are the focus of the game. Don't let the training session discourage you. It will save your virtual butt, Private.
