Am I allowed to come to Stomp Fest?

This might sound like a dumb question but I am wondering if a black person like myself is allowed to come to StompFest in Sept.? LOL...Im not being funny but I dont see many of my culture coming to the LAN parties......but I'm hoping to be there...?
