I opened my ticket before 11, at noon it went from "we are experiencing a high volume of petitions" to "your ticket will be serviced soon".
Gah they make me rage.

Not worse than trying to get your account back by emailing them with your details, them saying that they will get back to you soon, then nothing happens for a month, then saying the pictures you provided aren't good enough, then when you provide them with another they say they lost record of your conversation and want you to resubmit everything again, so you do so, and then they ask for even MORE proof, and by this time 3 months have passed because they respond slower than a sloth on weed.

And by that point you give up hope of ever getting your account back.

Blizzard customer service is great.

You know, when I still played I did generally find the GM ticket system to be worthless. However, I did experience an instance of getting my account jacked at a time when I had dropped my sub and had not played for months. I did not even care when they sent me an email saying it was banned, but I did replay with an email asking why since i had not played for months. Within days they reinstated my account and reset my password, I was rather amazed since everyone I have ever talked to who has lost an account has never gotten it back. Now, of course, that accounts just continues to sit idle =P
