PMB.exe-Unable to Locate Component

I get an error when I try to install DDO saying: This application has failed to start because WINHTTP.dll was not found. Re-installing this application may fix this problem.

I don't know what the heck it means, anyone else know?

I'm not sure about the error, but PMB is a small p2p program that is installed alongside DD:O by Turbine to act as a kind of torrent for the game files. I personally uninstalled PMB.

When its finished installing PMB, the installer just stops responding.
