<p>I attempted to order a WIDE ANGLE LENS & FILTER MOUNT for a birthday present on June 3, 2003. Product was backordered. I Did not receive an E-Mail notification that product was backordered! I called to ask why a couple of weeks later. They said that the order was sent to a distributor and have not received a response.</p>
<p>July 1, 2003 I called to get a status. Once again, no response from distributor. I cancelled the order and the Birthday is this Thursday. Now I have to buy it from another company and PAY for OVERNIGHT shipping to get it here on time. eCost is terribly unreliable!</p>
<p>Their Website still says that they have it in stock which is a LIE because their distributor will not even tell take the orders. E-mail information is also terrible. It would of been nice to be notified when it was put on backorder!!!!!</p>
