Lots of last minute stuff to cover, so please read carefully:

<li>Seats:</li>
We´ve had a few cancelations in the last couple of days.
So, there are a few seats open. It´s pre-pay only if you
want to claim your seat for this event.<br>
<li>Cancellations:</li>
In order to receive a refund; cancelations need to be made by
midnight tonight (02/26/2003).<br>
<li>Game day:</li>
You must sign in before you can bring any equipment into the
building. When you sign in you will be given a barcoded, name
badge. This badge must be worn at all time. No one will be
admitted into <span class="SF">Stompfest</span> without a badge. There will be a $5
charge for lost badges.<br>
If you want to get a head start on the sign in process; you can
print (& bring ;) ) this super-simple form: <a href="/Misc/Forms/Disclaimer.txt">Disclaimer</a>.<br>
<li>Permission slips:</li>
If you are under 18 years old, you must have written permission
from a parent/gaurdian to attend <span class="SF">Stompfest</span>. You can get the
permission form here: <a href="/Misc/Forms/permission.txt">Permission</a>.
<li>Virus:</li>
Scan your computer(s) for viruses before coming to <span class="SF">Stompfest</span>. If
you do not have a virus scanner, go "housecall.antivirus.com" for
a free, on-line scan.
Anyone caught spreading virus, worms, etc. will be removed from
<span class="SF">Stompfest</span> without refund!<br>
<li>Internet:</li>
Comcast will be providing Internet access for <span class="SF">Stompfest</span>!
This is for chatting, driver downloads, and the like; keep gaming
local.<br>
<li>Bring/Don´t bring:</li>
Bring your Warrior Cards, your <span class="SF">Stompfest</span> cups, computer, monitor,
keyboard, mouse, headphones, network cable, cash for food, good
sportsmanship.
Don´t bring any switches, hubs, extras such as big-ass fans, speakers,
or anything what will pull additional power.<br>
<li>Servers:</li>
<span class="SF">Stompfest</span> welcomes servers brought in by our gamers. However, because
of network & power issues, all servers must be placed on the server
tables. Space may be limited, so remote management is strongly
recommend.<br>
<li>T-shirt:</li>
<span class="SF">Stompfest</span> T-shirts will be on sale at the snack bar for $15.<br>
