This is the last post before the event....Lots of stuff to cover, so please read carefully:

<b>Seats:</b><br>
If you did not pay for a seat, if you do not have arrangements through an Overlord, or if you are not a member of the few Clans/Groups that have group seating, <b>you do not have a seat at Stompfest!</b>There is no room for walk-ins, so please do not show up at the door asking to get in.

<ul><li>
<b>Game day:</b><br>
You must sign in before you can bring any equipment into the building.When you sign in you will be given a barcoded, name badge.This badge must be worn at all time.No one will be admitted into <i><b>Stompfest</i></b> without a badge.There will be a $5 charge for lost badges.

If you want to get a head start on the sign in process; you can print (& bring <;)>) this super-simple <a href="Misc/Forms/Disclaimer.txt" target="blank">disclaimer</a>.

<b>Permission slips:</b><br>
If you are under 18 years old, you <b>must</b> have written permission from a parent/gaurdian to attend <i><b>Stompfest</i></b>.You can get the from <a href="Misc/Forms/permission.txt" target="blank">here</a>.

<ul><li>
<B>Virus:</B><br>
Scan your computer(s) for viruses before coming to <i><b>Stompfest</i></b>.If you do not have a virus scanner, go <a href="http://housecall.antivirus.com" target="blank">here</a> for a free, on-line scan.<br>
<b>Anyone caught spreading virus, worms, etc. will be removed from <i><b>Stompfest</i></b> without refund!</b>

Bring your Warrior Cards, your <img src="/Images/Forum/sf.gif"> cups, computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headphones, network cable, cash for food, good sportsmanship.<br>
Don´t bring any switches, hubs, <i>extras</i> such as big-ass fans, speakers, or anything what will pull additional power.

<B>Servers:</B><br>
<i><b>Stompfest</i></b> welcomes servers brought in by our games.However, because of Network & power issues <b>all</b> servers must be placed on the server tables.Space may be limited, so remote management is strongly recommend.
