I have a Radeon 9500 Pro 128 MB for 140$ It is used but is in good condition. Compare this to www.pricewatch.com which lists a ATI Radeon 9500 Pro at 200$. Here are the stats for the card.
-128 MB of 3.3ns Infineon memory
-4 RAM Sinks and Vantec ICEBERQ 4 GPU Cooler that glows blue, with Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound
