How to Q3 RA3 Server?? HELP ME!! [Archive]

Hey this is g4rth, i've been trying to get a rocket arena server going for lans around here in a-town but it keeps on messing up, it shows its there but doesnt let any one in! Do i need to get some extra type of software to serve or what!? I know that you guys set one up at SF so, if anyone could help me out that would be great.
