I have a similar problem, but for me it won't run over 108mhz. It's not that it's unstable, it just doesn't start up.

hmm well i know that i just went through the same problem and i found out a few things for u to try....

first try clocking up to 120mhz and then changing your agp multiplier to 1x. this may make it work. if it works go ahead and push it all the way to 133mhz.

if that doesnt solve the problem then i ask u what brand of power supply u have in your computer. i need name and wattage.

3rdly it may be the processor or motherboard but id like to start with the video problems and proceed from there. post back with updates.

well then i would try grabbing someone elses power supply and procesor and using it to test and see if it can run at 133mhz. my chip and power supply was bad before when my computer started doing that

I dont know i have been reading up on the fsb i think my ram is pc100 and that does make a diff when trying to go to 133 so i think that is the problem could this be

I also know for sure that his proc is still locked, would that have anything to do with it?

if its pc 100 ram then more than likely that the psrt holding u back from clicking it higher. having th processor locked has nothing to do with cranking up your fsb. scoot try some pc133 or pc150 ram in it and see what happens then.

I didn't know, I was just guessing. But I think mine is pc266. But the way my comp acts, don't really worry about me too much.
